Stavroz is a Belgian quartet known for their distinctive blend of electronic music, organic instrumentation and cinematic storytelling. Formed in East Flanders by IJsbrand De Wilde, Gert Beazar, Maxim Helincks and Pieter De Meester, the group evolved from DJ sets into a full live band, developing a delicate sound where electronic textures meet acoustic elements and emotive melodies. Their breakthrough came with the EP The Ginning, whose standout track “The Finishing” gained widespread attention thanks to its haunting tenor saxophone lead. Since then, Stavroz have continued to refine their unique style through releases on their own label Moodfamily. Their track “Gold Town” became a major success, topping Beatport’s Electronic chart and even appearing in the soundtrack of Grand Theft Auto V. Renowned for their immersive live shows and atmospheric DJ sets, Stavroz have performed on stages worldwide, including festivals such as Coachella, Fusion Festival and Pukkelpop. Their performance for Cercle at Fort Saint-Eynard further showcased their ability to create deeply emotional soundscapes in extraordinary settings.
