Join the Paradise City crew with your association

Is your scout group, sports club or youth movement looking to raise some extra money for the group fund? Paradise City is looking for associations that want to help make the festival happen. You work together as a group, and we provide a fixed fee plus a place to eat and sleep.

What we ask
A group of at least ten people available for three full festival days (July 2, 3 and 4). You can work in shifts, so you can take turns and everyone gets a moment to catch their breath.

Where you can work
At the bar, in the car park, with the eco team, at the entrance, as a steward and in plenty of other spots across the site. We’ll work out together which role suits your group best.

What you get

• A fixed fee for your association
• Crew catering during your shifts
• A spot on the crew campsite

Also at Jazz Middelheim and Doel Festival
Besides Paradise City, we’re also looking for associations for Jazz Middelheim (May 15, 16 and 17) and Doel Festival (dates TBC). Feel free to mention in your email which festival you’re interested in.

Interested?
Email info@paradisecity.be with the subject line "My team at Paradise City", your association's name, the number of people, and a contact person. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Prefer to work individually?
We'll post the call for individual workers on this page later (early 2027).
