FAQ

General + Services

What are the dates and opening hours of Paradise City 2026?
  • Friday June 26: 12:00 - 01:00 (camping opens at 11:00 already).
  • Saturday June 27: 12:00 - 01:00.
  • Sunday June 28: 12:00 - 23:00.
Can I bring my own food & drinks?

No, we don't allow you to bring your own food and drinks on site. There are plenty of food trucks and bars - and we offer free drinking water fountains.

How does the return on ecocups and eco plates work?

You can return ecocups and eco plates at the designated recup zones in the food courts and bars. Please note that you can only claim a refund for up to 2 eco plates and 3 ecocups, in addition to what you personally ordered. For example, if you ordered 5 drinks and return 5 ecocups, no problem - that's all yours. The limit only applies to cups and plates that weren't part of your own consumption. This is a measure against theft.

Is the festival wheelchair friendly?

We are doing our best to make the festival accessible to all, but we cannot guarantee that navigating the venue in a wheelchair will be easy. There is a risk of getting stuck if it rains because the ground is not paved. For more information, please contact us at info@paradisecity.be.

Will there be lockers on the festival?

Yes, near the festival's entrance. We provide lockers to keep your stuff safe. Keep in mind these will cost you €7 for a small one and €9 for a large one.

Will there be wifi on the festival?

Unfortunately, there will be no wifi at the festival, but we will provide extra 4G coverage.

Can I withdraw money on-site?

You can’t, Paradise City is a cashless festival. Simply top up your wristband using your card or mobile payment app, and you’re all set.

Can I bring my water bottle?

Yes, but only reusable plastics, such as drinking bottles, are allowed, and they must be empty upon arrival. You can refill them at our on-site water fountains. Free drinking water taps are available at all food and toilet zones on the festival grounds, and at all toilet zones on the campsite.

Will there be power outlets to charge my phone?

Yes, you will find our solar-powered power benches at various locations across the festival. These may cost a small fee to use.

Which objects are forbidden at the festival?

Mutual respect for one another and for the environment is essential to our festival. That's why we have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and intimidating behaviour, discrimination and sexual intimidation. Weapons, knives, glass, spray cans, regular cans, fireworks and umbrellas are not permitted. Our festival grounds are situated on the beautiful castle grounds, so please be responsible and dispose of your garbage in the designated trash cans. Any behaviour that damages the natural environment will not be tolerated (including urinating outside toilet areas). We also have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. You’ll be extensively searched when entering the festival. And don’t get too wasted! Visitors who appear to be too intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises. Stealing or destroying the properties of Paradise City or other parties is strictly forbidden! Visitors enter the festival grounds at their own risk. The organisation is not responsible for any physical or mental damage. Always follow the guidelines of the site stewards, security and emergency services. The festival manager always has the last word in a discussion. Use common sense and do not put others in danger.

What is your drug policy?

Paradise City Festival holds a zero-tolerance drug policy. Paradise City and its partners want to make the drug phenomenon discussable and manageable, limit its risks, and send a signal that this is an important issue for all of us. Please visit our drug policy page for more information. Bringing your own alcohol is also not permitted; there are plenty of bars on-site and within the campsite.

Is there a place to pump, feed, and store breast milk safely at the festival?

Absolutely! Milk & Chill is our calm, cosy pumping and relaxation space for pregnant women and new moms. You’ll find it near the Castle Stage and the First Aid post. The space is run by experienced midwives and is open to anyone who wants to pump, breastfeed, bottle-feed, or simply rest. There are comfortable seats and plenty of privacy. We recommend bringing your own pump, but pumps are available on-site. You can safely store your pump and personal items with us. Water, cleaning facilities, and a steriliser are provided. Expressed milk can be stored in a fridge or freezer and collected later that day. No booking needed. Just drop by and check in with the midwives whenever it suits you. Milk & Chill is here to help you recharge, with or without your baby.

Where can I retrieve lost items?

Personal items, such as wallets, keys, and bank cards, will be dropped off at the police station located at Gemeentehuisstraat 14, 1910 Kampenhout. Other lost items can be picked up at our offices in Brussels. For more information, please contact us at info@paradisecity.be.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, you can. But please enjoy the festival with your senses, not through a lens or a phone display. Small pocket cameras are permitted, but professional camera gear is not.

What will you do with the pictures and video you make?

Please note that by entering the festival, you automatically agree to and accept the terms of use for all video filming and photo image registrations, and you agree to allow Paradise City and its media partners to use these images. Paradise City reserves the right to select which images are used and is under no obligation to take down any specific photo or video material. You will then find photos of the events on our social media accounts.

  • We will provide a record number of KBC party tents. There will be one party tent per 7 campers. In combination with the extra shade, this will create plenty of chill space for everyone.

  • Free drinking water is available at all toilet zones.
  • The Hospitality Team will wander around the campsite with water guns, free drinking water and fresh fruits.

Where can I sleep during Paradise City?

To access our Sweet Harmony campsite, you need a valid camping wristband (received at the campsite entrance). Bring your ID. No ID = no entry. One ticket = one entrance per person. The Sweet Harmony campsite is sold out, and tickets are no longer available for 2026.

Which camping facilities are included?

Hot showers and toilets are available. The breakfast buffet is included with every camper ticket, but come early to avoid long lines! If you arrive within the last hour of breakfast, we cannot guarantee you will get your food fast:

  • Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 11:30
  • Monday 08:00 - 10:30

Extra morning activities will be announced on our camping page in May. Our Hospitality Team will help you with any questions you may have on-site.

How does the KBC party tent rental work?

This year, disposable party tents are no longer allowed on the Sweet Harmony campsite. Instead, in partnership with KBC, we're offering free reusable party tents on-site. All tents are fully reserved for this edition.

If you have a reservation, simply pick up your tent at the campsite desk during the following hours:

Friday 26/06: 11:00 – 22:00
Saturday 27/06: 11:00 – 22:00
Sunday 28/06: 11:00 – 22:00
Monday 29/06: 08:00 – 11:00

Your €100 deposit was already paid at the time of reservation. You'll get it back in full when you return the tent at the end of the weekend in good condition. For any questions, don't hesitate to speak to a member of our hospitality team on-site or contact us at info@paradisecity.be.

Recycling is mandatory, but how does it work?

Your camping ticket includes a €10 waste warranty. When you arrive on-site, you’ll receive two trash bags ('rest' and 'pmd') and a deposit card. Keep them close! Use the bags (and the bins) to collect your waste over the weekend. Once full, head to one of the two recycling zones to swap it for your deposit. They’re open every morning, and this year, we’ve made sure the lines move fast. Leaving Sunday? Return your bag before you go. Need help or have questions? Our Eco Team is here all weekend to guide you.

Are there showers on the campsite?

24/7 hot showers are available at 3 shower zones. Two shower zones will feature our Fast Line Open Showers: tranquil oases styled as lush jungle gardens, designed for a quick and refreshing reset without the long wait. There's also a good chance you'll receive a Wondr Shampoo Bar - soap-free, pH-optimised and gentle on both your skin and the environment.
