20 Food Partners, 100% plant-based

Good music should come with good food - and good food doesn't have to harm our ecosystem.
At Paradise City, sustainability isn't an afterthought. It's built into every layer of how we organise the festival: from the energy we use to the materials we build with, from the way people get here to what they eat while they're here. Food is one of the most direct ways a festival can make a meaningful difference. What ends up on your plate has a real impact: on the land it came from, the water it used, the emissions it generated. We take that seriously.
That's why our food court is entirely plant-based. Not because we want to lecture anyone, but because we believe the most delicious option and the most responsible option don't have to be different things. Our food curator works directly with each food truck to make their menu as sustainable as possible, calculating the carbon footprint of every dish, sourcing seasonal and local ingredients wherever possible, and serving everything in compostable or washable tableware.
It's an approach that hasn't gone unnoticed. Paradise City has been awarded the Greener Catering Award by A Greener Future in both 2023 and 2025 - a recognition we're proud of, and one that keeps pushing us to do better. This year, 19 food trucks (and 1 coffee truck!) are joining us. Curious who's cooking? Check out the full list below.

Garden Gourmet
As an Official Partner at Paradise City, Garden Gourmet brings its sustainability commitments to life. By sourcing soy protein from Europe and working with farmers to expand regenerative agriculture, they support healthier soils and biodiversity. With factories powered by 100% renewable electricity and a focus on reducing impact from soil to serving, Garden Gourmet continues to work on lowering its overall footprint. This year, choose between two wraps: the Falafel Wrap with beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, parsley and garlic sauce, or the Schnitzel Wrap with carrots, cabbage, vinaigrette and vegan mayo.

Douwe Egberts
Another official partner of Paradise City. Good coffee doesn't wait for the music to stop. Douwe Egberts serves both hot and cold coffee to keep you fuelled from the first set to the last dance. Through their JDE Peet's Common Grounds program, they work directly with farming communities to ensure every cup contributes to a better future. Because great experiences and doing the right thing should always go hand in hand.

BonMush
BonMush returns to Paradise City with their mouthwatering burgers. Their main ingredient - the mushroom - grows locally, vertically and circularly, converting agricultural waste into new products. Low water use, low emissions and serious umami flavour.

Eaters
Eaters revisits the Vietnamese bánh mì with handmade brioche bread and fresh, flavourful ingredients. They created three exclusive recipes for Paradise City and can't wait to let festival-goers taste them.

Pureto
Inspired by their grandmother's legendary mashed potatoes, brothers Gilles and Gaétan set out to revive a classic in today's culinary landscape. Pureto serves plant-based puree bowls - free from eggs and milk - topped with a meat-free sausage from Monsieur Boudin, a rich sauce and delectable toppings. Welcome to puree heaven.

Dim's
Discover the hottest dim sum at the festival. Dim's serves 100% homemade dishes spotlighting local producers and Belgian farmers. Their renowned bao - a beloved Asian delicacy - gets a unique Belgian twist that makes every bite count.

The Vexican
A Mexican fonda on four wheels, The Vexican has been serving delicious plant-based festival food for over ten years. Come and taste their heavenly burritos and nachos and get to know the colours, flavours and fragrances of cocina vegana Mexicana. Buen provecho.

Loaded Fries by The Foodtrailerconcepts.be
A fun twist on traditional Belgian fries - made from potatoes deemed unsuitable for regular cooking and previously discarded. By processing them into something delicious, Loaded Fries contributes to a zero-waste production process. Served with carefully selected toppings, these Belgian treasures finally get the appreciation they deserve.

Buns & DingelSnacks by The Plant Based Guys
Buns with a twist and a side of sustainability. Their Sloppy Bun combines a natural tomato sauce with protein-rich chunks on a sourdough roll from a bakery just 14km from the festival. The DingelSpin is made from locally grown potatoes from a farm literally around the corner: 200 metres (!!!) from the festival grounds in Perk.

Davai
This young Ghent-based business specialises in vibrant street food. Their colourful dumplings (similar to ravioli or dim sum) are filled with vegetables such as tomato, bell pepper, edamame, and fresh ginger puree, and finished with crunchy toppings and delicious dips.

Poké Poké
At Poké Poké, they keep it simple, because why change something that's naturally delicious? Their poké bowls focus on the basics: pure, fresh ingredients and as little processed food as possible. A small menu means minimal waste and maximum care in every dish.

Okapi Catering
Founded in 2012 by two friends of Belgian and Congolese origins, Okapi Catering showcases their passion for African cuisine. At Paradise City, they serve delicious versions of Jollof Butternut, Jollof Mafé and samosas.

Barzinho
A well-known sustainable food partner at festivals across Belgium, Barzinho has developed a unique vegetarian pita especially for Paradise City. No tofu, no quorn, no soy: just celery root. Low-waste, healthy and made entirely from local ingredients.

Think Tomato
Think Tomato specialises in premium tomato sauce crafted from 96% Belgian cherry tomatoes. At Paradise City, enjoy their original, spicy and ricotta-infused versions atop your choice of plant-based pasta. Pure, Belgian, honest and healthy.

Fritez Haute Friture
Back to the time when fries were called edible gold - before frozen food, before shortcuts. Fritez serves fresh, hand-cut fries made from farm-fresh potatoes sourced directly from the farmer. Fries as they were originally made, yet still somehow different.

Wanderlust
Your local flavour hero, proudly based in the same village as Paradise City. Their bold flamingo truck serves crispy sweet potato fries, Vietnamese nems and cheesy bites that keep everyone coming back for more.

OTTO Street Food
Since 2006, Michiel Govaert and his team have been driving around Belgium with a love for fresh, homemade quality and a hint of Italian flavour. Come and taste OTTO's delicious flatbread pizzas with a surprising twist. Last year, these guys won the Paradise City Sustainability Award, just so you know...

Lookin'Ice
Homemade ice pops made from fresh fruit, no additives. Some come with a little alcohol - think mojito, pink negroni or strawberry caipirinha. Natural ingredients, seasonal fruit and lots of love and passion in every bite.

De Vegetarische Slager
Feast without the beast. The Vegetarian Butcher has proven that plant-based food doesn't mean compromising on taste; not on flavour, not on the planet, not on animals. A new age of delicious food has arrived.

Rambo
Rambo's smashed burgers have become a reference in Brussels, Belgium and beyond. This time around, they've taken on the challenge of reinventing their signature dish: as good as the real thing, but entirely meatless.
