Anthony Rother revives his iconic DATAPUNK project in a powerful hybrid set, bringing emotional electro classics back to the stage. Launched in 2003 as a new artistic direction, DATAPUNK quickly became a defining force in European electro. The first release, “Back Home,” set the tone, followed by the album Popkiller in 2004, featuring enduring tracks like “Father” and “Punks.” Over the next decade, releases such as Super Space Model, This Is Electro, and singles including “Moderntronic,” “Disco Light,” and “Big Boys” built a global following and a distinctive, futuristic sound. After stepping away from the project in 2015 to focus on new creative paths, Rother returns to DATAPUNK with renewed clarity. The hybrid set blends live elements with DJ precision, revisiting the raw energy, emotion, and machine-driven pulse that shaped a generation of electro on the dancefloor.
